Dr. Gina Rendon, DVM
Dr. Rendon earned her Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Smith College in 1995, graduating cum laude and with highest honors in Neuroscience. She went on to earn a Master’s degree in Brain and Cognitive Sciences at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology before going on to vet school. She received her Doctorate from Tufts University School of Veterinary Medicine in 2002, and has been working as a general practitioner in veterinary medicine ever since. Before starting at the Williamsburg Veterinary Clinic, she worked for four years at St. Marks Veterinary Hospital in the East Village; and prior to that, practiced veterinary medicine in Vermont, Massachusetts, and Quebec. She is a member of the Animal Veterinary Medical Association, the New York State Veterinary Medical Association, the Veterinary Medical Society of New York City, and a member of the American Association of Feline Practitioners
